Since 2014, Dr Wang Jingyu has been working in school of chemistry and chemical engineering, Huazhong University of Science and Technology as introduced talent. She graduated from chemistry department of Wuhan University in June, 2007. During 2007-2014, she was working in department of chemistry, Harbin Institute of Technology. Her research mainly focuses on photocatalytic materials, electrocatalytic materials, absorbing materials, and solar cell devices. The detailed interests include: (1) TiO2 based photocatalytic and electrocatalytic nanocomposites; (2) Carbon, conducting polymers, barium ferrite; (3) Structure design of conjugated polymers and assembly of polymer/TiO2 bulk heterojunction solar cells. So far she have finished several projects being supported by Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), Specialized Research Fund of Higher Education of China, Basic Research Ability Developing Program for Young Scholars of Harbin Institute of Technology, China Postdoctoral Science Foundation Project, and so on. She have published one monograph (Characterization of solid materials, 2011, Harbin Institute of Technology Press) and more than 20 papers in international journals (such as Chemical Communications, ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces, Environmental Science & Technology, Crystal Growth & Design, Journal of Hazardous Materials, CrystEngComm, Nanotechnology, et al). Three patents were awarded as Chinese invention patent.
