Zhu Kangling is the associate professor of chemical engineering, deputy director of department of chemical engineering in School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Huazhong University of Science and Technology. Her research spans chemical engineering and chemical process. She focuses on questions such as chemical heat transfer technology, mass transfer separation technology and chemical process development. Zhu Kangling was awarded several invention patents by the state intellectual property office of the People's Republic of China, and software copyrights by the national copyright administration of the People's Republic of China, published more than 20 papers, was one of the editors about textbook "Chemical Engineering Fundamentals", and edited " Chemical engineering basic experiment handout" and "chemical engineering Professional experiment handout". As project leader she presided over a number of research projects. Zhu Kangling teaches principle of Chemical Engineering, Course Design and Transport Phenomena in Chemical Engineering, etc. She won Hubei province scientific and technological progress first prize, the second prize of HUST excellent teaching quality, and the first prize of HUST teaching achievement.
