Academic Areas: Supramolecular Polymer Materials


Xiaofan Ji is the Professor of Polymer Science and Engineering at HUST’s School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering. His current research is focused on fluorescent supramolecular polymeric materials. He has so far published more then 40 papers in international high-level journals as the first author or corresponding author, including Chem. Soc. Rev. (2), Acc. Chem. Res. (1), Chem. Rev. (1), Adv. Mater. (6), J. Am. Chem. Soc. (3), Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. (2), CCS Chem. (1), Chem. Sci. (3), Macromolecules (1), ACS Macro Lett. (1), and other academic journals, and wrote a book chapter. Among them, one paper was selected as "China's 100 Most Influential International Academic Papers (2013)", and four papers were selected as ESI Highly Cited Papers. His publications have been cited more than 2,400 times, and his Web of Science h-index was 25. His innovative achievements have been highlighted by Nature, C&EN, Advanced Science News, etc.
